Gymnastics’ flooring is different from other workout floorings. The a safe floor for gymnastics is made up of special mat. The floor’s length and width should be at least 12m and has safety 1m border. The flooring is made up of plywood and rubber foams. This greatly reduce stress from jumping and tumbling.
