These Adjustable Ballet Barre Brackets are very sturdy and weigh 2 1/2 lb. each. (Double adjustable weigh 3 1/2 lb.) They have a bright chrome finish. They come with #12 x 2" flat head screws. Wall channel allows approximately 14" of adjustment. Barre Straightness and Diameter Tolerance 
Perfect straightness is difficult to obtain in a natural product like wood. This is the reason for our straightness tolerance spec. ~ Straightness ~ 1. Sight down barre to determine apex of warp.
2. Center the level on apex and place 3/16" drill bit in gap.
3. If drill bit slides freely and completely through gap, the barre is beyond our warp tolerance. Email SarahGifts' for return instructions. ~ Diameter ~  -- Wood will not be perfectly round
